Courttney Cooper started coming to Visionaries and Voices in early 2004.
His work ranges from intricate drawings
of landmarks in Cincinnati, to watercolor portraits of super
heroes and aquariums. Courtney also dabbles in sculpture, building
assemblages out of tossed-aside pieces of wood, then painting
them. These works take the form of jack-o-lanterns, television
sets, Super Friends, and Christmas trees. When not making art,
Courtney works at the Kroger in Walnut Hills, and at the York
Street Café in Newport, Kentucky. He is also a great
singer and dancer.
